I personally have found lots of ways to incorporate nuts into my diet. I may have them as a snack. I may grind them in a smoothie. Or one of the things I’ve done recently is I add them into my sautéed dishes, and they give a wonderful nutty flavor to the foods I’m preparing. So if you are looking for ways to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, go ahead and enjoy your nuts.
